They all rely on us to keep their critical cloud infrastructure online 24x7.

In this role you will be working alongside more senior to engineers to support cloud-based applications. Initially you will be responsible for fielding help desk tickets from software developers. A typical task may be to install an SSL certificate, write a Python script, or troubleshoot a load balancer. There will be an intense amount of on-the-job learning as you're prepared to earn your AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification within six months of hire. As you gain experience, the promotion path is to the solutions team where you will be independently designing and building large-scale cloud infrastructure.
